No. We believe in simplicity, you buy what you feel is the right package for you. We have designed our packages with you in mind, therefore we opted no to have a subscription payment model.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day peace of mind policy, whereby if you are not satisfied with our service you are more than welcome to call or email us for a return authorisation number. You must request this within 30 days of receipt and send back all retail packaging and the DVD in perfect condition at your cost. If in the event you have damaged either the DVD or box the following will be deducted from your balance: £2 for the box and £3 for the DVD discs.

 

Our Instant Online packages also have a 30 Day Money back Guarantee - please email or call us to request your return authorisation number. Please note upon request your access to your account will be immediately disabled and all funds will be refunded within 7 working days via PayPal.

 

Please note: You only need to call, email or write to us to request a full refund and obtain a returns authorisation number. You must obtain a returns authorisation number otherwise your return will be rejected. It is also recommended that you send all returns using a recorded or signed for postal service.
